Initial Consult
In this 30-minute phone or video call with a Share the Load representative, we will begin to build your Client Profile. We want to get to know you, your family, and your greatest burdens.

Home Walk-Thru
This 1-hour session with your Home Manager and a Share the Load representative helps us better understand your unique home.
We will walk each space and ask questions to hear your preferences from folding to organization. We want to know what annoys you and what simple things would bring you joy - no preference is too big or too small.
We will then take these preferences and add them to your Client Profile, which you can always add to at a later time.
Then, within 24-hours you will receive a customized package proposal designed to meet your home's unique needs.

First Visit
The magic begins! With each visit, you can anticipate your Home Manager will be there between 3 - 5 hours. The time can flex depending on the frequency of your package and unique needs. Our packages emphasize the tasks completed over the time in-home.
You are not required to be home when we are there, but if you are - we won't pepper you with questions throughout our time! At the end of our session we will leave you a note card letting you know what we accomplished that day, and any questions will be sent in one comprehensive text.

Ongoing Feedback
Giving feedback to someone in your home can feel vulnerable. That's why a representative from Share the Load will reach out to you for feedback after the first visit, 30-days, and then every 90-days.
We will also be available for feedback at anytime by e-mailing feedback@letssharetheload.com.
