About Us
Share the Load was created by two tired moms who were consistently feeling the burden of juggling household demands.
Over coffee one December morning, we discussed this very challenge. With seven children between the two of us, the projects felt never-ending. We felt over scheduled and instead of spending downtime on weekends enjoying our families, we were in the closets changing out kids clothes and folding laundry. We knew how to solve our daycare needs and how to order a quick DoorDash dinner, but we were drowning in tasks that can be hard to explain. How do you find someone that is not a nanny or a house cleaner? What can we do to unlock more time in our day?
And thus, Share the Load was born.
We are an all-female team passionate about easing the burdens of those around us – simplifying our homes and enriching our lives.

Our Home Managers
Our Home Managers are the heartbeat of Share the Load. Each Home Manager has been selected not only for their organizational skills, but also their servant hearts. You can rest assured that each person who enters your home has been through a rigorous interview process, and has passed both a background check and drug test.
We ask every Home Manager to sign a confidentiality agreement within their employment contract to ensure your privacy. Additionally, both Home Managers and Clients are required to sign our Safety Policy.
Our promise is simple: we won’t send anyone into your home that we would not feel comfortable having in ours.
